Recently, the AI VH5 intelligent Slewing Drive independently developed by Coresun Drive successfully passed rigorous testing by a U.S. customer and has entered mass production, marking a strong start to the Year of the Horse in 2026.

The VH5 slewing drive features a triple-skeleton oil seal structure, achieving the high standard of IP66 protection. Additionally, the housing base is treated with QPQ and coated using Akzo's static powder spraying process, providing corrosion resistance rated at C4-C5. These multiple process improvements effectively address common issues such as water ingress and corrosion that occur in harsh outdoor environments for return-drive systems, ensuring reliable operation for single-axis photovoltaic tracking systems.
